From 1990 to 1992 Gary was the Internal Training Consultant at AECL CANDU, responsible for all T&D Needs Analysis and Delivery for Sheridan Park, Chalk River, Whiteshell, and all on-shore/off-shore sites. Gary created a specific program for closer liaison with Ontario Hydro and was responsible for transitioning the T&D department from a cost centre to a profit centre.
Gary has been committed to enhancing assessment and career counseling services since 1990 and he is a respected teacher, educational consultant, clinical counselor, psychotherapist, management consultant, client advocate, and published in a variety of notable Journals. Gary’s academic achievements include:

Gary’s’ Masters Thesis titled “The Relationship of Personality Type to the Selection of Undergraduate University Major” was published in 1990 and is catalogued at the National Library of Canada in Ottawa. Over 3,400 students in over 13 university major fields of study were included in his research. It has been linked to other landmark international studies such as the Tracking Retention and Academic Integration by Learning Style (TRAILS) research project which is designed to incorporate information on learning style in ongoing enrollment research to improve campus retention.
