First, we interview with your hiring team to get a clear understanding of the skill sets necessary for the position.

Second, our research team will review our extensive candidate database and then take the position to market. Confidentiality is maintained throughout this process. We will target individuals with identical or closely related skill sets. We will investigate each candidate's willingness to consider a job change, clarify accomplishments and work experience, and identify semi-finalists for review. These semi-finalists are submitted to the senior recruiter.

Third, the senior recruiter completes an in-depth face-to-face or telephone interview with each candidate. During this interview, we will quantify their past performances, evaluate their sincerity to make a career change, educate them in detail about your opportunity, and measure if there is a match. Your company name will be disclosed during this phase of the process. Our main objective is to make certain there is an excellent fit from an industry, cultural, and technical perspective, as well as appropriate compensation to ensure an offer, if tendered, has the best possibility of being accepted.

Finally, the most qualified candidates make it to your desk. These candidates represent the best use of your time. They have been pre-screened, generally had on and off the record references and are committed on their willingness to make a job change. At that point, it is usually a chemistry match as you interview with them face-to-face.
